Bill Coffey is Principal – Controller at Toorak Capital Partners, responsible for global accounting, financial reporting, tax, risk management, and internal controls. Mr. Coffey also leads Toorak’s finance transformation efforts, bringing technology and digital innovation to critical elements of the company’s finance function. He has over 16 years of combined experience between public accounting, private industry, and consulting. Prior to joining Toorak, Mr. Coffey served as a Director in MorganFranklin Consulting’s Accounting and Transaction Services Group, supporting clients across industries with finance transformation, technical accounting, transaction services, SEC reporting, IPO readiness, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He began his career in public accounting, serving 14 years in the public company audit practice of PwC, including a two-year stint in PwC’s national office.

Mr. Coffey is a Certified Public Accountant in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame, and master’s in accounting from the LU School of Business.
