Coco Ke is Treasurer at Toorak Capital Partners, where she is responsible for loan acquisition funding, financing, and cash management. Since joining the company at its inception in 2016, Ms. Ke has overseen the funding and financing of over $9 billion in U.S. real estate loans.

Prior to joining Toorak, she worked as a treasury analyst at B2R Finance, the leading mortgage origination company focused on the single-family rental and residential bridge loan markets. B2R Finance (now Finance of America Commercial) is a Blackstone portfolio company. In her prior role, Ms. Ke supported the company’s daily cash and liquidity activities including loan funding, and monthly warehouse waterfall payment calculations for both single family rental and residential bridge loan markets.

She graduated from Fordham University with an M.S. degree in Accounting.
