Suzanne Kretschmer is Principal and Head of Single-Family Business Development at Toorak Capital Partners, whereshe is responsible for supporting existing lender relationships as well as onboarding new lender and broker partners.

Suzanne has 29 years of experience in the residential and commercial lending industry. Before joining Toorak, she worked at PeerStreet, a fintech loan aggregator of private money residential loans. At PeerStreet, Suzanne was the all-time top producer as Senior Director of Business Development and East Coast Sales Director. Prior to PeerStreet, she served as a Vice President at First Capital, brokering conventional residential mortgages to high net-worth individuals.

Suzanne also co-founded and was the Co-Executive Director of Grades of Green, an environmental non-profit dedicated to inspiring kids and the broader school community to care for the environment. Under her leadership, Grades of Green grew to include over 500,000 students in 47 states and 9 countries and was recently voted California Non-Profit of the Year.

Suzanne graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Communications.
