Alex Mamaev is Principal – Asset Management at Toorak Capital Partners, focused and overseeing the draw funding operations. Mr. Mamaev has over 25 years of experience in real estate, working as a builder and real estate developer in New York, supervising residential gut-rehab and ground up construction projects from acquisition, design, development through construction execution to sign off and commissioning. During his tenure, Mr. Mamaev also held executive roles in finance and operations departments. Prior to Toorak, he founded and grew a local residential general contracting firm to a regional scale.

Mr. Mamaev holds an MS degree in Computer Science from Lomonosov State University and MS in Economics from Higher School of Economics.
