Paula Tepper is Head of Human Resources at Toorak Capital Partners, a role to which she brings extensive experience in the financial services industry, having served in various leadership roles in corporate and revenue generating human resources functions throughout her career.

Prior to joining Toorak, Ms. Tepper held various roles in human resources and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at PGIM, the asset management business of Prudential Financial. Her experience spans the HR spectrum from strategy and building inclusive cultures to talent, performance management, employee engagement, and compensation. Ms. Tepper was instrumental in the formation of PGIM’s Women Advisory Council and Diversity Council, where she designed, implemented, and led various initiatives focused on women and people of color. She was also a member of several external organizations focused on changing the face of DEI in the asset management industry.

Ms. Tepper started her career at Prudential Financial in the tax division, quickly transitioning to Human Resources. She graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
